The Annenhöfe in Dresden have got the hang of it: striking arches characterise the external appearance of the office building in Dresden's prime city centre location. Ultra-modern, light-flooded offices are spread over six floors and a total of 2,000 square metres.
Almost a thousand windows from the GEALAN S 9000 system with their large glass surfaces bring maximum daylight into the interior and into every workplace. The colour of the window profiles - GEALAN-acrylcolor® quartz grey - combines clarity and subtlety. From the office, the view flows out onto the green inner courtyard, the perfect place for a relaxing midday break.
But it's not just plants and trees that are green in the Annenhöfe - the entire building has been recognised as a green building: The LEED Gold certificate stands for environmentally friendly, resource-conserving and sustainable building standards.

It’s not quite that easy to say what the colour of the new Simmel Center in the heart of Dresden is: the facade is composed of multicoloured matt and glossy aluminium panels coated in all colours of the spectrum, which shimmer all the shades of the rainbow depending on how the light falls: a lustrous sight for anyone passing by on the train or in a car.
