Commercial or industrial
GEALAN Fenster-Systeme also offers training on the commercial side for young people with an interest in business, information technology or media design. The apprenticeships available in this area include industrial management assistant, IT management assistant or media designer.
GEALAN Fenster-Systeme offers ambitious young people apprenticeships with good future prospects in today's modern working world. The apprentices undertake a series of preparations for their future career surrounded by experienced colleagues and trainers.
They complete all the stages required for the apprenticeship and gain practical experience in their desired job. The theory taught at the vocational college further intensifies the knowledge needed for the best possible career prospects. All apprentices benefit from targeted and intensive preparation in advance of the theoretical and practical final exams.

Students
Sandwich course
GEALAN in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Hof offers school leavers who want to continue their studies the opportunity to complete a sandwich course. While on the course, they spend their practical semesters and vacations in our company and in return receive financial support in the form of a regular training allowance for the duration of the apprenticeship.
The benefits of this are obvious. The theoretical training at the University of Applied Sciences Hof is complemented by periods of intensive practical in-company training. Students already perform advanced tasks during their practical semesters and are in regular contact with GEALAN. The extensive knowledge gained in the departments and the insight into the processes in the company ensure a smooth transition to a permanent position. The subject of your thesis is selected together with you based on current company practices and can be the next step to further duties as a permanent member of the GEALAN team.
