GEALAN-acrylcolor®
This is our unique surface. For more than 40 years, we have been consistently developing their technology. It is created in the process of co- or tri-extrusion, in which PMMA and PVC merge to form an inseparable bond. The result is a visually appealing and haptically pleasant surface that is extremely scratch-resistant, durable and colourfast at the same time.
STV®
Static dry glazing is a special adhesive process developed in-house. It enables the production of glued windows without additional investment and in the normal production process. The special procedure improves the statics and thermal insulation of the resulting elements - depending on the size, even without steel bracing.
IKD®
The intensive core insulation with factory-foamed profiles enables significantly improved thermal insulation. In conjunction with the STV® process, the foamed wing profiles reach Uf values of < 0,89 W/(m²K). At GEALAN-KONTUR®, a design-oriented design language meets excellent burglary protection as well as the best thermal and sound insulation values. GEALAN-COMFORT®
Two special features make this threshold system a decidedly premium product. From an aesthetic point of view, it convinces with its level of ground without any recognizable transition. Functionally, it meets the requirements for accessibility according to DIN 18040 and thus ensures comfortable and flowing transitions from the interior to the outside.

The GEALAN Group is one of the leading manufacturers of PVC-U profiles for windows and doors in Europe. These are produced using state-of-the-art processes for plastic extrusion. All the tools required for this are also created in the in-house, highly automated tool shop.
