The windows in the residential home on Alte Herrenhäuser Strasse in Hanover aren’t your standard format: the senior home loggias are corner-connected to each other over three storys, and the three common rooms, which are inviting and bright on the inside thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window to the city’, offer lovely views of the outdoor green surroundings.
The facade on the North side is characterised by narrow slit windows that stretch all way up to the ceiling and measure only 20 centimetres in width – they were placed in front of the wall to ensure a completely glazed surface. The efficient GEALAN S 9000 system plays an essential role in the residential home’s energy-efficient refurbishment. Its GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface in contemporary anthracite grey shapes the new interior design.

In the Hamburg-Hohenfelde park quarter, 32 attractive cooperative flats have been built as three buildings around a park in the last two years in two construction phases. In the complex, 26 apartments have been made accessible according to DIN 18040 part 2, the other 6 apartments are accessible according to DIN 18040 part 2 and are also designed for unrestricted wheelchair use. The housing area is built around a public park and the Alster tributary is just a few minutes away. As a conventional masonry construction, the building in the busy Muehlendamm area has been given a facade made from closed facing and fully glazed loggia which made it possible to have lounges and bedrooms on the louder side of the building.
Koblenz is known for its “Deutsches Eck” – the headland where the Mosel river meets the Rhine and where the monumental equestrian statue of German Emperor William I stands.
Light and dark contrasts are the central characteristic of the residential and commercial building located centrally in Kerpen’s district of Sindorf.
City, forest, lake: the old Hanseatic city of Szczecin is now the centre of the Polish voivodeship of West Pomerania. On the northern edge of the city of 400,000 inhabitants lies the Apartamenty Warszewo housing complex, which consists of five four-storey buildings.
