BIM - Building Information Modeling

BIM is the planning method of the future. As a member of the Fachverband Bauprodukte Digital in the Bundesverband Bausysteme e.V. (German Construction Systems Association), we work with you to apply BIM planning methods to your projects - free of charge. Because in the next few years, the German government wants to declare BIM to be the standard. Medium-sized construction companies in particular depend on speed in competition - so that they can provide their partners with BIM-compatible data flexibly and at any time.

GEALAN window planning software

With the GEALAN planning software 3.0, a significant evolution has been created to suit your building projects. Not only have the user interface and handling been optimised, but new functions such as the creation of BIM files and the possibility of in-house project networking have also been integrated. Furthermore, the selection of virtual profiles can be individually adapted to your company's product portfolio. The software checks the design for feasibility with regard to U-values, statics and maximum sizes. For example, the installation situation can be checked for condensation and mould formation with the help of isothermal calculation. This is window planning on a new level.

S 9000

The S 9000 platform is the all-round talent of GEALAN profile systems, a versatile, state-of-the-art system for windows, doors and lift-slide doors. Rebate or centre seal, windows suitable for passive houses or historical ones, everything is possible with S 9000.

S 8000

The development objective for this system with rebate gaskets and an installation depth of 74 mm was to create a cost-effective profile with optimum use of materials, for easier and more efficient fabrication by window manufacturers.

Hotel Ramada Innsbruck Tivoli

Located in the centre of the Tyrolean capital is the Hotel Ramada Innsbruck Tivoli, which opened in December 2011. The building looks out over a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains and the world-famous Bergisel ski jump.

Located in the hinterland of the city of Aš in the Czech Republic, the Hotel Castle Vetrov and Restaurant radiates all the charm of the traditional Egerland architectural style following its complete renovation.

An exceptional atmosphere

This architecturally elegant building containing eleven exceptional private apartments is located close to the centre of Waiblingen. Built in accordance with the requirements of the German Energy Saving Ordinance 2009, all the apartments enjoy generous south-facing panoramic windows made from high-quality GEALAN vinyl elements with a coloured acrylcolor surface, noise-reducing glass and electrically controlled shutters.
