Novu pivovaru s prodavaonicom čini sinteza povijesnog inventara i moderne arhitekture. Pravilna i vrlo jasna struktura novogradnje nadopunjuje ostale objekte na prostoru bivše češke vojarne. Značajan doprinos ukupnom dojmu daju veliki prozori u atraktivnoj GEALAN-acrylcolor® boji DB 703 koje iznutra krasi dekor folija schiefer siva. Tradicionalna proizvodnja piva time se vraća svojim korijenima u regiju sa značajnom proizvodnjom hmelja.

Building conservation and energetic renovation
In Wiesbaden on Westerwaldstrasse, during the energetic renovation of the apartment building which was built in 1926 in massive construction, the building’s layout was adjusted to meet modern requirements and the total living space was increased. Through the consistent use of energy-related measures, the energy consumption can be reduced considerably. To do this, the issues of building conservation had to be taken into account: narrow sight lines for the wing and mullion, no visible weep holes, a quality surface in crème-white tone RAL 9001 and grey seals. These recommendations could be best fulfilled with the established system GEALAN S 7000 IQ.
New research and office building
In 2012, the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology in Bremerhaven opened a new engineering building for testing rotor blades. The offices in the upper storeys are arranged in a wing-shaped layout and enjoy an impressive view of the North Sea.
