Five chamber design
The five chamber interior design prevents the formation of thermal bridges, which optimises thermal insulating performance. The central gasket stop features hollow chambers, thus the profile package has five chambers end to end, including in the rebate area. The certified U value of the profile combination including standard steel stiffening element of Uf = 1.2 W/(m²K) is extremely low.
Special features
A window can only be as attractive as the profile system on which it is based. That is why we added some special features to our S 7000 exclusive profile. This means that your windows will meet all of your customers' aesthetic requirements: harmonious proportions, rounded shapes, narrow visible widths and shining, smooth surfaces.
Narrow profile view
Windows with narrow profile views let in more light. The S 7000 profile system reinforces this effect with very narrow sash and mullion sightlines to give the windows a delicate appearance. Large stiffening elements in the profiles ensure stability despite the slim design.
Anti-burglary protection
GEALAN offers anti-burglary protection as standard with its "S 7000 security profile". The profile installation depth of 74 mm, material strength and central gasket stop as an additional barrier are design features that inherently provide an impressive level of security. They are augmented by secure fastening of the hardware in the frame.

Anti-burglary protection with the S 7000 system
The S 7000 "security profile" offers anti-burglary protection as standard. This is because the large profile installation depth of 74 mm, material strength and central gasket stop as an additional barrier are design features that inherently provide an impressive level of security.
They are augmented by secure fastening of the hardware in the sash. S 7000 was the first profile system to successfully undergo a series of break-in tests by an authorised test institute.
- Provides additional protection against the window being forced open with tools like screwdrivers or crowbars.
- The double walls of the sash hardware groove provide a particularly secure seat for the screws and hardware and also counteract attempts to force open the window.

Rising energy costs are becoming a huge cost factor, and not only in the residential sector. Environmental legislation is also raising the heat insulation standards that windows need to meet. The S 7000 profile system was therefore designed with an installation depth of 74 mm.

Colouring in the S 7000 system
The S 7000 profile system offers planners and architects unlimited creativity. All profiles are available in a large number of GEALAN-acrylcolor® colours, wood grain decors and plain foils. Accessory and coupling profiles permit the construction of large elements.

Reference buildings: S 7000
New research and office building
In 2012, the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy and Energy System Technology in Bremerhaven opened a new engineering building for testing rotor blades. The offices in the upper storeys are arranged in a wing-shaped layout and enjoy an impressive view of the North Sea.

Building conservation and energetic renovation
In Wiesbaden on Westerwaldstrasse, during the energetic renovation of the apartment building which was built in 1926 in massive construction, the building’s layout was adjusted to meet modern requirements and the total living space was increased. Through the consistent use of energy-related measures, the energy consumption can be reduced considerably. To do this, the issues of building conservation had to be taken into account: narrow sight lines for the wing and mullion, no visible weep holes, a quality surface in crème-white tone RAL 9001 and grey seals. These recommendations could be best fulfilled with the established system GEALAN S 7000 IQ.
