Company beats solitude: this is the idea behind this residential complex in Plauen. 23 modern apartments were built on a park-like plot in Plauen’s Westend district. With 70 to 150 square metres, they are generously proportioned, have south-facing balconies and are architecturally sophisticated in every detail – plus the GEALAN system S 9000 windows in GEALAN-acrylcolor® silver match.
The residential complex has a social perspective: the conveniently accessible apartments offer the elderly and people with disabilities the comfort they need to live independent lives into old age. But also families with small children can enjoy the absence of stairs and thresholds, the arrangement on one level, the wide passages.
The residential complex, which consists of three buildings, also has five office and practice units. For example, medical services, driving services and nursing care are all close by.

No half measures: when the original location of the electrical and energy technology group FEG in Naila in Upper Franconia became too small and FEG was planning new buildings, it was clear: the new buildings should not only facilitate growth, but also represent the company’s calling card.
Warm wine red: this colour is an integral part of the appearance of the SANTAROS KLINIKOS University Hospital in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. The distinctive, dark red adorns the logo, website and façade – and of course the window profiles had to bear exactly this colour.
Evergreen with a green accent: the Evergreen Towers in the northern Romanian university city of Iași are a truly large-scale project: eight residential blocks, each with twelve floors, a total of 510 residential units – from studios to 3-room apartments with balconies – where over one thousand people will live.
Golden Residential Complex: Pforzheim is famous as the city of gold – 75 percent of German jewellery comes from here. The location of the Belfort Suites is also golden – a former railway site in the middle of the city centre was developed for residential use.
