Leipzig ahoy: so much is being built at Lindenau Harbour in the west of Leipzig that a new city district is virtually growing up here: The Hafentor Quarter is being built on a 40,000 square metre site, comprising 500 new apartments, underground garages, a daycare centre and smaller commercial units for offices, practices, cafés and shops.
The location of the Hafentor residential complex is special: only the waterfront promenade separates the development from the harbour basin. From the apartments, the view of the water is through the windows, some of which are floor-to-ceiling – the GEALAN system S 9000 in GEALAN-acrylcolor® iron mica stands for the highest standards of insulation and appearance.
There are many benefits to living at Lindenauer Harbour: you can experience an urban life – situated only four kilometres from the city centre with the green biotope “Schönauer Lachen” in the immediate vicinity at the same time – while enjoying the relaxing view of the water from the breakfast table plus the walking and running paths directly along the canal.

In the beating heart of the city: with 540,000 inhabitants, Poznań is Poland’s fifth-largest city, and Jeżyce is one of its hippest districts. The density of restaurants, cafés and bars in this Art Nouveau quarter is high, this is where people meet, this is where urban life takes place.
Paradise with pool and privacy: Villa Kambel is located on the Adriatic coast of Dalmatia, only fifty metres from the sea. This is a holiday home in a class of its own with three floors, its own heated pool, loggia, roof terrace with Jacuzzi and bar and three bedrooms with a fantastic panoramic view over the azure sea of the Adriatic and the islands off the Dalmatian coast.
Living in a prime location: the “Westspitze” residential and commercial building in Tübingen is located directly on the blue bridge that connects Tübingen’s Südstadt with the city centre and the historic city centre. On the trapezoidal plot, a former freight station site, a complex has been created that cleverly combines living, working and shopping and stands for a sustainable neighbourhood concept with short distances.
Gateway to the water: the Dutch town of Sneek is shaped by water. Its landmark is the medieval water gate, which closed the waterway into the city during attacks; the old town can still be circumnavigated by water on the Stadtgracht and Sneek is a Mecca for wakeboarders.
