Oradea is located in the north-west of Romania and is the economic and transport hub of the Bihor region with a population of 180,000. Grand Hill is located in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and a park - a modern residential building with 66 flats on 8 floors, balconies, an underground car park and commercial space on the ground floor.
The roof functions as a promenade with illuminated paths and benches - including a wonderful view over the rooftops of the city. Quality and energy efficiency were key requirements in the construction of the Grand Hill. This is why the GEALAN-LINEAR® system windows in the colour anthracite were chosen; they combine top performance in thermal insulation with a design that perfects the building's façade.
Living near Leipzig, but in the countryside? You can do that in this house in Zwenkau. It is located just 15 kilometres south of the booming Saxon metropolis and directly on Zwenkauer See.
Located in the centre of the Tyrolean capital is the Hotel Ramada Innsbruck Tivoli, which opened in December 2011. The building looks out over a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains and the world-famous Bergisel ski jump.
The Annenhöfe in Dresden have got the hang of it: striking arches characterise the external appearance of the office building in Dresden's prime city centre location. Ultra-modern, light-flooded offices are spread over six floors and a total of 2,000 square metres.
It’s not quite that easy to say what the colour of the new Simmel Center in the heart of Dresden is: the facade is composed of multicoloured matt and glossy aluminium panels coated in all colours of the spectrum, which shimmer all the shades of the rainbow depending on how the light falls: a lustrous sight for anyone passing by on the train or in a car.
