New office building with central storage facility

The result of close cooperation between architect Sarah Schellenberg and Goldbeck's Koblenz subsidiary, this office building in the Bubenheim district of Koblenz satisfies high requirements for architecture, energy efficiency, flexibility and economy.

A clear design idiom delineates the individual building sections from each other, making it seem as if the coloured main section is floating. The large windows ensure bright and pleasant interiors, which also offer a comfortable working atmosphere in summer thanks to the shading system installed on the exterior.
