Living at the Schwabenbrunnen - this is the name of the building project of Nellinger Wohnbau GmbH & Co.KG in Kemnat, a preferred residential location in Ostfildern for decades.
The town is centrally located on the one hand - close to Stuttgart airport, the A8 motorway, Stuttgart and Esslingen - and close to nature on the other. The Körschtal valley is an idyllic place for Sunday hikes and bicycle tours.
The new construction of two apartment buildings - a 5-family and a 6-family house - is a masterpiece ensemble: modern and generously planned, with artistic railings and fine GEALAN S 9000 windows in the custom acrylcolor shade grey beige.
