Unobstructable view of the Danube

The detached house is located in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, in a residential area very close to the castle and the Slovakian Parliament.

The plot itself is difficult to build on due to its steep slope and difficult access road. However, the difference in altitude of more than 14 metres provides a high degree of privacy and an unobstructable view over the Danube far into neighbouring Austria.

Exactly this requirement of a façade largely equipped with large window areas and the modern architecture was considered decisive for the choice of the GEALAN-KUBUS® system, supplemented with mat-ching lift and slide doors in the S9000 system.

The acrylcolor colour DB 703 chosen by the architects was carefully coordinated with the other materials.
