GEALAN Fenster-Systeme will be able to provide its customers with even more tailored sales support in the future: On the one hand, additional experts will strengthen the D-A-CH, Slovenia and BeNeLux regions, and some GEALAN customers will also have new contact persons in the future.
In order to be able to offer its customers the best possible service, GEALAN is further adapting its structures. The sales team of GEALAN Sales Area 1, which looks after the regions D-A-CH, BeNeLux and Slovenia, is being strengthened by proven experts: Daniel Neumann, Felix Steinseifer (both Application Technician), Lukas Schwenk (Sales Consultant DE North-West), Mathias Kutter (Sales Consultant DE North-East), Dennis Stephanblome (Construction Technician / Construction Consultant) and Marcello Moron (Construction Technician) are new for the D-A-CH Si region responsible. In the BeNeLux region, Jef Brijs (System Consultant Belgium), Mark Kuiperij (System Consultant Netherlands) and Koen Thiels (Sales Consultant Belgium + Luxembourg) strengthen the team. This means that a total of nine additional colleagues are now taking care of the GEALAN partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Slovenia.

In the north of Germany, GEALAN customers now have some new contact persons: Recently, the long-standing GEALAN Sales Consultant Martin Heine was bid farewell to his well-deserved retirement. The GEALAN partners in its previous sales area will now be advised by experienced colleagues Björn Grahlmann (Sales Consultant DE North-West) and Thomas Steingraeber (Sales Consultant DE North-East).

The overall management of GEALAN Sales Area 1 will continue to be held by Robert Tänzel. As usual, Michael Funke (Head of Sales D-A-CH-Si), Tim Wehder (Head of Indirect Sales D-A-CH) and Mark Beukert (Head of Sales BeNeLux) will report to him. GEALAN is strengthening its team in order to be even closer to the needs of its customers. The aim is to offer every GEALAN partner – from window manufacturers and architects to dealers or general contractors – a first-class, tailor-made service. Competent contact persons are available for this purpose, who work on individual requirements in a targeted manner.

With the award as LEADING EMPLOYER 2025, GEALAN Fenster-Systeme is once again among the top 1% of all employers in Germany in the new year. An independent initiative is thus once again honouring GEALAN's commitment: the plastics system provider has received the award for the fourth time in a row after 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Many industry partners were guests at the GEALAN Entrepreneur Day 2025. The GEALAN ACADEMY had invited to the meeting in Oberkotzau, where a well-rounded programme of interesting lectures and good discussions awaited the almost 50 guests from the window industry.
