Multi-general residential complex in Bauhaus style

Architects Pilhatsch . Löwnau designed a residential complex comprising three buildings, each with three full storeys and one setback storey, with a total of 33 residential units on Kennedyallee in the former federal capital Bonn.

At the heart of each of the Bauhaus-style buildings is a beautifully planted courtyard designed to encourage the residents to relax and converse. The proximity to the Rheinaue park and the Rhein itself as well as the short distance to the city enhance the amenity of the multi-generational residential complex. This is further augmented by nearby facilities like schools, nursery schools and shops. The harmonious effect created by the façade and windows gives the building complex a fresh, modern look.
