Welcome to Seepark

The Seepark complex developed by GWG Stuttgart is one of the most ambitious residential building projects in Stuttgart. Located in the Möhringen district, the first phase consisted of 183 residential units split over 11 buildings, all designed as rental apartments.

The spacious layout of the two- to five-room apartments speaks for itself: rooms flooded with light by floor-to-ceiling, high-quality GEALAN vinyl windows with coloured acrylcolor surface, well thought-out layouts, impressively equipped with underfloor heating and parquet flooring as well as beautiful balconies, loggias and terraces. The interior courtyards are car-free zones and provide a pleasant atmosphere for young and old to linger. Numerous seating areas and lots of green emphasise the almost rural atmosphere.
